  As well as during the purchase not one employee offered to help or get a size, I guess this is a self serve business and then why the need for all the staff? To hold down the front counter from floating away?

  Overpriced stuff with poor quality. Now let's talk about the staff. General staff are okay, usually helpful. The managers are horrible, very impatient, and rude. Don't recommend this store

  I was unaware that a final sale item meant that this store no longer had to cover warranty on defective merchandise. Not trying to return the boots, the heel fell off within 60 days of purchase. The GM declined to help at all due to "Final Sale" stamped on the receipt. I am in sales as a sales representative in the clothing/sporting goods industry and in no way shape or form does a final sale give a retailer the right to not honour a warranty. I will never ever purchase anything for my wife or family here again. Good luck to you Nine West, I hope you understand that warranty of defective goods does not actually come out of your stores till.
