  The staff told me it was likely a child or someone else took it outside of the store. My friend went to check the lost and found at the customer service desk and looked around the mall, while I again for the third time went around the store to look for my shoe. Finally the store manager said she could not find it in store, and again suggested someone else took it.

  I want to notify all shoppers, to be wary of to Fellow shoppers, keep eye on your shoes, while trying out other shoes.

  I visited the store Call it Spring-ALDO in CrossIron Mills Mall on April 30, 2016 with my friend. This was exciting for me as I had never visited ALDO. We were both looking around the store and tried on several shoes. I left my own shoes next to the chair I was seated on while I tried on some shoes. After a couple of minutes, I tried to reach my shoes that were left beside the chair but I only found one of my shoes. The left shoe was nowhere to be found. I checked all the boxes left around the area to ensure it was not in there. I went around the shop to make sure nobody had it or was on a shelf. I even flipped the chair over to make sure it was not hidden under. My friend d notified store staff that my left shoe was missing.

  For me, it is very puzzling to think that someone would take one shoe. Even if a child took it, an adult would definitely notice it. It is hard for me to accept the explanation that someone might have taken it. It is much more likely that a sales clerk had accidentally put the shoe in a box and took it to the storage rooms.

  I asked the store manager to provide me a pair of shoes, even a used one since I could not walk outside with only one shoe on. The store manager refused, saying I must buy a shoe from them. I ended up buying an unwanted pair of sandal.
