  I ordered a pair of shoes online, it came in and the size was wrong so I took it in for an exchange and they totally denied doing an exchange for me. The staff just blamed management and said that they cant do anything because it was purchased online. I went to a different location and they had no problems with the exchange. Train ur staff.

  My husband bought me a backpack yesterday was (27/5/2017) today return is (28/5/2017) they didn't let me return the ( protector multi Procter) which it sold with backpack for $20.. Hey are you stupid or did this on purpose . When you said : can't prove I had been using . Haha shame on you poor management skills. Yah right bought this for a day just want to use your spray

  I went in looking for shoes, I need a few pairs and found several that I liked, but the employees were all huddled around talking to eachother instead of offering me assistance. I think it's great when coworkers are friends but I was asking for help and they were more focused on eachother than on the customers

  Was in last week to purchase shoes for a wedding. I stood at the back for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help me, while three boys hovered at the til chatting amongst each other. I heard loud noises and laughs coming from the back room and popped my head in to see if someone could help me. There was a group of people sitting on computer chairs spinning in circles and laughing/having a party back there. I had to physically walk to the front of the store and ask the three men at the counter (who watched me walk ALL the way to the til with a shoe and did not walk toward me or leave from behind the counter) I ask for a size 7, they pull up there little device and say “ok, it will be right out”.. I wait and wait ... no one comes out. I finally ask again and he says oh, we only have size 8.5 and 10. I said oh, strange the display size is 7.5, can I try the other shoe? “Oh... ya I’ll get someone in the back to grab you that” .. I waited probably 15-20 minutes and they couldn’t find the other shoe. How do you lose a shoe?... and obviously your fancy inventory device is not working probably since you had no idea your store had a 7.5. I’ve never had such a poor shopping experience. It took me probably 45 minutes in total, to get help, wait for a size (which didn’t exist) and then wait for a missing shoe which magically disappeared from the store. I will not be back, in fact, I will not be back at another Aldo again. I’d rather pay 10% more for a quality shoe that comes with quality service.
