  I rarely go because of the pricing, however, tonight I broke down and finally dropped in after work to grab their Chicken Caesar Salad. A generous portion with lots of bacon bits, fresh lettuce and extra caesar dressing. The chicken was warm and the salad was excellent. Boston Pizza certainly has the right recipe for making a Chicken Caesar, although it is $15, which is fairly standard pricing for a restaurant. Even though it was a Friday evening after the mall was closed, they still remain open for another 2 hours, and were fairly busy when I walked in. However, it was still very attentive and prompt service, I will certainly be returning here again to enjoy another salad in the future.

  Ordered take out. They gave the wrong food, and when we called in to let them know, the girl there insisted she put the right stuff in our bag. Then the next day when we stopped in for a refund on part of the order, the manager grabbed the money from the till and handed it over without a word. He looked extremely irritated. We were polite and didn't get upset that they made the error, yet they treated us like we did something wrong and were a huge inconvenience to them. This was in Jan 2018.

  Ordered fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. My safe go to in the event I cannot decide what I want to eat. I had to add almost a pound of Parmesan and pepper just to be able to taste any flavour. It was very very bland. The Christmas sangria is a little zingy, I liked it much better after pushing the orange slice to the bottom of the glass to get the orange flavour out. One drink plus the meal $30 with a tip for JUST Myself.

  We were seated right away when we got there but after that the service was unsatisfactory. It took awhile to get our orders. It took another 30 mins for the food to arrive and it arrived cold. The seasoned veggies feels like it was just microwaved cause the inside was just too cold and also my mashed potatoes had some hard part on them (it felt like our food were ready a long time but the server forgot about it). On top of that the steak was burnt and the ribs were too bland almost like they ran out of honey garlic sauce. Never coming on this branch.

  It was okay, my daughters pizza tasted like it was reheated and the calamari was very bland. They seemed under staff thus the service was pretty slow. On the other hand I enjoyed my food, spicy chicken and during the times the waitress was around she was very pleasant.
