  Had trouble finding the perfect shoes to wear with an outfit I had bought. Janat went above and beyond for me and knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. I will definitely return.

  My 2 yrs old daughter picked one pair shoes she really like, didn't want take them off. So I asked one of staff there if I can pay for it with the box. The staff told me all good and removed the security tag; and informed me she will let front know. My daughter ran out the store when I approached check out; the check out lady asked me where are shoes, I told her they are on my daughter who just ran out, then a old white lady stand beside her start yelling at me:" You can't walk off with our merchandise without paying them." I told her the tag has been removed, and I am paying it now, she firmly told me there are some other security tag on it, and told me to bring them back with rude tone. I called them back, there are nothing to be removed. I didn't want to make a scene in front of my daughter, so I paid and left. The way she talk make me feel I am stealing their stuff, your staff told me all good with box, and I got yelled at for that. Make me very pissed, and I will never come back. Train your employee probably, otherwise you'll lose more customer like me.
